And, if you decide to workout (which I strongly encourage) you will increase stamina and energy throughout your day tenfold. This is a sign to look out for and a marker that you are making progress.
APPETITE AND CRAVINGS—Your appetite and cravings will also begin to shift. As your body and palate adjust to healthier whole foods, your cravings for simple carbohydrates and sugars will diminish over time. You will become much more sensitive to and aware of the very “sweet” and the very “salty” tastes. These are all great indicators of great progress toward healthier, more vibrant living.
